Since the cutting edge slides on the surface of the
glass, you can cut stuff smoothly without strength.
It is easy to cut curved and delicate lines, and also it
 is useful for cutting  thin paper and masking sheets.
Because it is heat resistant tempered glass, it also
can be used as a cutter mat for heat pen, hot knife
and ultrasonic cutter.
