The latest addition to threezero’s ROBO-DOU line based on Mobile Police Patlabor arer the Ingram Reactive Armor Version figures from the animation movie “Patlabor 2: The Movie”! Unit 1, Unit 2, and Unit 3 respectively equipped with the Reactive Armor are being released at the same time.
ROBO-DOU Ingram Unit 3 Reactive Armor Version collectible is a 1/35th scale (approximately 23cm tall) articulated figure with a remarkable zinc alloy die-cast main frame, providing nearly 50 points of articulation. The figure is constructed of ABS, PVC, POM, and fabric. Fabric is used to cover the arms and thighs, to replicate the Ingram silhouette and at the same time secure ariticulation capabilities. The iconic Reactive Armor jacket parts are made of PVC replicating its details. Threezero’s notable weathering effects are added on the fabric and the Reactive Armor jacket parts to create an enhanced authenticity.
The ROBO-DOU Ingram Unit 3 Reactive Armor Version includes many interactive features to increase playability. The right calf’s side cover can be opened, and the hand revolver cannon can be stored inside the right calf. The right hand’s wrist can be extended to reach for the stored revolver cannon. The front part of the reactive armor is detachable, and the cockpit hatch underneath can be opened. Pilot figure ofShinobu Nagamo in the design of “Patlabor 2: The Movie” (non-articulated) can be seated inside the cockpit. The cockpit seat can be elevated to have the pilot’s head to appear at the neck of Ingram, and the windshield can be opened up at the neck. The impressive ECM pod deployment mode head seen in the movie can be replicated with interchangeable parts.
Equipment includes a hand revolver cannon, stun stick in extended form, stun stick in retracted form, a riot gun, and a shield for left forearm (stun stick in retracted form can be stored inside). It also comes with interchangeable hands in different poses, and a ROBO-DOU action stand.
