Punishing: Gray Raven CDK Redemption Notes
Redemption Notes
1. The CDK is only valid for redemption within the Chinese Mainland region game client of "Punishing: Gray Raven" (channels unrestricted), and is not supported for web, official website, or other third-party platform redemption.
2. CDKs are time-sensitive. Please redeem between 00:00 November 20, 2027 and 23:59 December 31, 2028. Expired CDKs will not be refunded or reshipped. Please redeem as soon as possible.
3. Each CDK can only be used once, and each game account can redeem the limited furniture Bonus Gift 【Frog's Dream】 only once; repeated use is not allowed.
4. Upon successful redemption, the gift will remain in the in-game mailbox for 30 days; overdue collection may result in failure to receive, and reshipment is not possible. Please collect in time.
5. The method and rules of redeeming virtual items in-game with the CDKEY contained in the redemption voucher are subject to the details in "Punishing: Gray Raven" and the official in-game Notes.
6. CDKs must be redeemed before the Deadline; failure to redeem in time will be considered as voluntarily giving up the virtual entitlement.
7. Please keep the redemption card properly and redeem in time to avoid loss, leakage, or damage causing inability to redeem.
After-sales Notes
1. Please record a complete uninterrupted unboxing video before opening the outer box, clearly showing the appearance of the box and the coating on the redemption card. This video will serve as proof for after-sales handling.
2. Due to the nature of virtual items, after scratching off the coating on the redemption card, returns or exchanges are not supported.
3. Please keep the redemption card properly to avoid accidental damage to the coating or leakage of the redemption code. If the code is leaked and redeemed in advance, reshipment will not be possible; thank you for your understanding.
