Hi Sir, Poptoys mentioned that their production price will be the same but the higher reissue price from our side is due to other factors (eg. currency exchange rate, shipping cost) going up.

Hi, sir. Cancelled preorders do not affect your Panic Mark. Only when you cancel In Stock items, it will downgrade your Panic Mark. So you can preorder without any worries, if we cannot fulfill it will not affect your Panic Mark at all.
