The DX Specter Gekikou Senki Wonder Ride Book and the DX Kanon Specter Ghost Eyecon were first seen in the Kamen Rider Specter x Blades crossover special. The DX Yujou Burst Ghost Eyecon on the other hand, was first seen in the Ghost RE:BIRTH Kamen Rider Specter film.
To transform into Kamen Rider Kanon Specter, the user presses the button of the Kanon Specter Ghost Eyecon, and inserts it to the DX Ghost Driver (sold separately) and push the lever to transform. To transform into Kamen Rider Necrom Yujou Burst Damashii on the other hand, the user presses the Yujou Burst Ghost Eyecon, then loads it to the DX Mega Ulorder (sold separately), then press the button to transform.
Finally, to transform into Kamen Rider Blades Specter Gekikou Senki, the user opens the Specter Gekikou Senki Wonder Ride Book, then inserts it to the DX Seiken Swordriver (sold separately), pull the sword and transform!
